70ft Sunreef | Orca

ORCA is a 70ft Sunreef Power Catamaran, the widest and most stable charter platform in the YCN fleet, built for guests who want the deck space of a much larger yacht without giving up comfort at anchor.

Refitted in 2025, this Sunreef pairs the brand's signature open architecture with a 34-foot beam, close to double what a monohull of the same length offers. The result is a yacht that feels less like a boat and more like a floating terrace.

She departs from Bill Bird Marina in Haulover, putting Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles and the Haulover Sandbar minutes from the dock, and she carries up to 13 guests.

Two Hulls, Twice the Deck

The catamaran layout is the whole point. A full-width aft deck gives you a true dining and lounging area rather than a narrow walkaround, while the bow carries the jacuzzi and a large sun pad, a second and completely separate space for guests who want sun and quiet away from the party.

Up top, the flybridge is set up for shade, drinks and views, with seating that keeps the group together instead of splitting it across levels. Inside, the main salon opens onto the aft deck at the same level, so the boat never feels divided between indoors and out.

Jacuzzi, Seabobs & Time in the Water

When it is time to anchor, ORCA becomes a private swim club. Soak in the jacuzzi up on the bow, take the two Seabobs under the surface, paddle out on one of the two paddleboards, or bring out the wakeboard, snorkel gear and fishing rods.

A Jet Ski can be added on request, which makes her a strong fit for groups who want the day to be active rather than static.

Stable at Anchor, Easy Underway

Catamarans do not roll the way monohulls do, and that changes the experience more than any spec sheet suggests. Guests move around comfortably at anchor, food stays on the table, and anyone prone to seasickness has a far better day.

Twin Volvo Penta diesels give her a relaxed 10-knot cruise with 20 knots on tap, and her shallow 4.7-foot draft lets her tuck into sandbars and flats that deeper yachts have to admire from a distance. Four cabins and four heads mean there is always somewhere to change, cool down or step away from the group.

She is run by a professional crew of three: captain, stew and deckhand.
