Broker help & booking terms
Need a fast answer before you send an option or place a hold? Laurent from YCN Broker Support can help with availability, pricing and booking details.
Contact broker support
For time-sensitive charter requests, WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us.
Before you secure a yacht
- The $500 payment starts the reservation request; availability remains subject to final confirmation.
- Broker pricing and inclusions vary by yacht, duration and pickup location.
- Gratuity, sales tax and A.P.A. are shown separately where applicable.
- Cancellation and refund conditions follow the confirmed charter agreement and YCN policies.
Notes
If gratuity is not pre-collected, it's customary to add 15-20% additional to the crew at the end of the charter.
If the broker would like us to invoice the customer directly, we'll collect the Florida Sales Tax that we have to remit.
For charters of 24 hours or more, we pre-collect an APA (Advanced Provisioning Allocation) of 35% for the price of the charter to cover all expenses (fuel, docking, food & beverages).
